November is the perfect time to start bushwalking with Bushwalking Victoria hosting more than 70 free guided walks across the state this month.
The walks are designed to encourage everyone to get out and discover new places, learn tips and skills from experienced walkers and enjoy the great outdoors in a safe and supportive environment.
Hosted by affiliated bushwalking clubs, the walks are suitable for those new to the activity with options for all ages and fitness levels, as well as seasoned walkers keen to try a club for the first time.

Showcasing the diversity of our landscape, the bushwalks are taking place in a variety of parks and state forests including:
- Walhalla to Poverty Point
- Wombat State Forest
- Knotts Siding, Thomson Station and Horseshoe Bend
- Old Beechy Line Rail Trail/Melba Gully Otways Forest
- Wirilda Walking Track
