About this picnic area
The old Victoria (timber) Mill operated during the 1800s. The site is now home to Nandos Hut.
The hut sits in a small clearing which includes a couple of picnic tables, making it a perfect lunch stop to soak up the areas history. Drop toilets are available for visitors up the hill from the picnic area. As well as the main picnic area, more space is available a short drive around the corner.
Be prepared with your own rug or table and chairs as only a few picnic tables are available here.
