About this picnic area

Carrolls Spring is a spacious and open grassy picnic site with its own mineral spring but little else in the way of facilities. Located on the banks of the Werribee River, it is surrounded by beautiful native forest and home to many species of local birdlife.

Only a few picnic tables are available, so bring your own along if necessary.

You can extend your stay and explore the Werribee River via the 4.5km circuit walk.
