About this site
Furnell Landing is near the renowned Tamboon Inlet. With access to the lower Cann River and Lake Furnell, it's a great place to launch your boat or go for a paddle.
Follow the river downstream and spend the day exploring the beautiful estuary. Whether you pack the rod, camera or just a few refreshments, you’re certain to have a great day out on the water.
Tamboon is a picturesque inlet on the edge of Croajingolong National Park, fringed by undisturbed eucalypt forest. It draws keen anglers for its supplies of bream, tailor, flathead, salmon and perch.
If you'd prefer to stay on land, enjoy a picnic on the river’s edge, wander upstream along the walking track or drop a line off the jetty with the locals.
