About this campground
South Maintongoon is the last of the official designated campground zones located at the Delatite Arm Reserve, also known as ‘The Pines’. The campground sits between the shoreline of the spectacular Lake Eildon and forest and pine plantation at the rear.
The campground is unpowered with toilet facilities provided and is a good spot to base yourself while you enjoy the many recreational activities Lake Eildon has to offer.
This region of Victoria is a hub for water sports, four-wheel driving, canoeing, walking, trail and mountain bike riding and is also a popular spot for trout, redfin and Murray cod fishing.
