Caution should be used when travelling along Loch Valley Road, and Toorongo Road as log trucks operate in the area. Call ahead on UHF Ch 40 to let trucks and other road users know where you are.

Overview

Nestled between the native and pine forests of Loch Valley, 12km north of Noojee, this campground offers an alternative camping option to some of the busier sites nearby. The site is surrounded by deciduous trees, offering a colourful display in autumn.

Suitable for 5 – 6 small groups, visitors can base themselves here and explore the many surrounding attractions, including Toorongo Falls, Noojee Trestle Bridge and the Ada Tree.

Visitor facilities include fire pits, picnic tables, a shelter and a toilet.
